In June MarinMMA had a great Muay Thai seminar taught by our very own Antone Haley!
The seminar went over punching, elbows, knees, and kicking combos that are very practical in Muay Thai.
Antone was able to go into detail about moves and show a wide variety of combinations. He does not always have time in class to show everything that he wants to show, so this seminar offered a lot of extra helpful combinations that everyone can incorporate into their Muay Thai.
